If you are successful at the first stage of your vacation scheme application, you will be asked to complete a video interview. If successful at this stage, we will then invite you to a one-day virtual assessment centre in January or February.
The day is focused on a client scenario and is designed to measure your analytical and problem-solving ability, as well as your written, organisational and communication skills.
At the assessment centre stage of the recruitment process, there will also be an opportunity to chat to some of our trainees to learn about their experience at the firm and ask any questions you may have.
If you don’t apply for a vacation scheme, but instead apply in the summer for a training contract and are successful at the application and video interview stages, we will invite you to a virtual assessment centre during July or August.
If you are successful and invited to attend an interview, this will take place in our London office and will include a tour with one of our trainees.
